Abstract

We introduce a new semi-orthogonal complex wavelet basis of L-2(R-2). The basis functions are associated to the complex gradient-Laplace operator, which plays a central role in image processing. We define analytically a single-generator wavelet that is shifted on the coset positions of the subsampling matrix.

YCbCr, Y′CbCr, or Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr, also written as YCBCR or Y′CBCR, is a family of color spaces used as a part of the in video and digital photography systems. Y′ is the luma component and CB and CR are the blue-difference and red-difference chroma components.
