Abstract

We present a general method for numerical analysis of electrically large electromagnetic-field problems, which is based on merging diakoptic approach and surface integral-equation formulations. Compared with the classical approach, the proposed method provides significant reduction of c.p.u. time and storage, preserving high accuracy of results.

Euler method

In mathematics and computational science, the Euler method (also called the forward Euler method) is a first-order numerical procedure for solving ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with a given initial value. It is the most basic explicit method for numerical integration of ordinary differential equations and is the simplest Runge–Kutta method.
