We present optofluidic label-free biosensors leveraging high quality-factor resonances emanated from bound-states-in-the-continuum and novel data processing. The sensors are based on imaging and offer solutions to remove sophisticated spectroscopy instrumentations towards point-of-care applications. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
