L'IDIAP Laboratory

The IDIAP Laboratory is the EPFL laboratory of the Idiap Research Institute, engaging in fundamental research, education, and technology transfer in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and signal processing. With 18 research groups, the institute creates scientific value and develops usable software tools and prototypes. Over the past five years, Idiap secured over CHF 30M in external funding, published 686 peer-reviewed articles, and contributed to technology transfer with 84 licenses to Swiss companies.
