Résumé

A method and apparatus for producing a reflective or refractive surface that reflects or refracts light shined thereon and reproduces on a screen a desired greyscale intensity image on which the reflective or refractive surface is based and a corresponding apparatus, wherein the method permits a reproduction of a reference grayscale image with adjustable precision.

Troubles de la réfraction

Les troubles de la réfraction, ou amétropies, sont des troubles de la vision dus à un fonctionnement défectueux du système optique formé par la cornée, le cristallin et la rétine. Dans un œil normal, qu'on qualifie d'emmétrope, l'image donnée d'un objet lointain est située sur la rétine. On dit aussi que la rétine est au plan focal de l'ensemble cornée-cristallin. En vision de près, le pouvoir d'accommodation du cristallin (qui se bombe), permet d'avancer le point nodal pour maintenir sur la rétine l'image de l'objet observé.

Chirurgie réfractive

La chirurgie réfractive comprend les interventions qui ont pour objet de corriger l’amétropie, à l’aide d’un appareil ou dispositif médical, tel le laser ou l’ (lentilles intra-oculaires), ou d’instruments chirurgicaux.

Indice de réfraction

La zone inférieure située sous la ligne grise a un plus grand indice de réfraction et donc une vitesse de propagation proportionnellement inférieure à celle de la zone supérieure (pour une raison de clarté, la réflexion partielle n'est pas montrée).
